1. Definitions

2. Eligibility

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must:

• Never share your username or password with any third party.
• Notify uge300 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out from your account when using shared or public devices.

uge300 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to maintain proper security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

uge300 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Proof of identity (KTP, passport, or driver's license)

• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

• Bonus validity: 30 days from activation

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Players found abusing bonuses will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before placement.
• uge300 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or technical malfunction.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, league, and bet type.
• uge300 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, particularly from players consistently winning or suspected of sharp betting practices.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Settlement: All sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton).
• Postponed Events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled to within 48 hours of the original start time, bets remain valid. If postponed beyond 48 hours, bets are void and stakes refunded.
• Abandoned Events: If an event is abandoned, bets are settled based on the official ruling of the governing body. If no official result is declared, bets are void.
• Live In-Play Betting: Odds for live betting change rapidly based on match developments. uge300 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time and to void bets placed after a significant event (such as a goal) if the bet was placed during a data delay.
• Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Rules: All selections in a mix parlay must win for the bet to be successful. If any selection is void, that selection is removed from the parlay and odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

• All casino games on uge300 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes.
• Live casino games are hosted by professional dealers and streamed in real-time. Technical disruptions may occasionally occur; in such cases, bets will be settled according to the game's official hand history.
• If a game round is interrupted due to disconnection, the round will continue automatically and winnings will be credited to your account. You can view the result in your bet history.
• Togel Rules: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are based on official published results. Bet types include 4D, 3D, 2D, free colok, and colok naga. All togel bets must be placed before the published draw close time.
• Sabung Ayam Rules: Sabung ayam (online cockfighting) betting allows players to back either Meron (favored side) or Wala (underdog side). Bets are settled based on the official match result declared by the arena. In the event of a draw, bets are refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on uge300 and may result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and legal action:

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by User

• All pending bets will be settled according to normal rules
• Your remaining balance (minus any active bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method
• You will forfeit any active bonuses and loyalty points
• Your personal data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations

Account closure is irreversible. If you wish to use uge300 services again in the future, you must create a new account.

9.2 Termination by uge300

uge300 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• Your account remains inactive for more than 12 months
